- Have a hard copy as well as a digital copy

Back Up!
I'm sure you all know how important it is to back up your data. We could all be reminded of it from time to time. I sure wish that I was. I nearly lost some very important emails the other day. There were hundreds of these invaluable letters. Sometimes this is all we have left of a person. Letters, pictures and memories. These three things are irreplaceable. Luckily I remembered that I downloaded them to my computer's desktop mail app. But there is much more to be done. Here are a few ways to back up your stuff.
