Bow Tie pasta
The tips of a green onion, finely chopped
A ripe tomato, cut into small pieces
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Crumbled feta cheese
Directions
Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to the box directions. Add the veggies and toss with the dressing.
Side Notes
This pasta is good with a loaf of Italian or French bread. It also goes well with a garden salad, cucumbers, or any leftover chopped green onions.
